Each part of the body has evolved to function in a particular way, and the body has a holistic pattern that we can learn to honor. In our analysis of biomechanics, we’re looking locally, as well as looking globally at the whole pattern to support each human body to be its healthiest, to have longevity, to build strength and mobility, and more.
